I've been doing business with this company for a few years and have never had a complaint. However, my
Most recent suit was a disaster. The jacket was ok but the pants we're not
Correct. I ordered a 35" W & 29" inseam. The pant I received were marked 35W but we're actually 33W.
The length was less than 29".
While they say they guarantee the fit they have changed their policy and do not accept returns for pants that are hemmed. So I got screwed on this deal and will not do business with them again. Beware.

I've ordered Paul Frederick (mostly shirts and ties) for well over ten years. The quality is more than good and there are dozens of styles to choose from. What I really don't like is that I can't tell you how many times I've paid $95 for a shirt only to find it in the clearance section three months later for $29. I definitely agree with many other reviewers: the clothing is overpriced; sometimes waaaay overpriced. The other thing you ought to know is that all the clothing is made in China. Having been to China and actually had custom made clothing there (HK and Mainland), for $95 a shirt they'd also take you out to dinner followed by drinks and a Cuban cigar! Anyhow, nice shirts but comparable to what you might find at Macy's.

What a terrible company to work with. I ordered a shirt the 22nd, got an email the 23rd saying it shipped... After 20 minutes on hold I was told there is nothing they can do, and maybe a supervisor will call me tomorrow?
I can't wait for tomorrow, so I ordered another shirt with expedited shipping. I made a mistake ordering the standard fit when I should have ordered tailored fit. I immediately called to try and fix the situation and was told the same thing, there is nothing they can do about it.
I can't imagine how a company like this is still in business!

Inconsistent sizing among pants. I ordered 4 pair of pants. ALL size 37 waist. I have always ordered size 37 from Paul Fredrick. Received the four pair of pants and one was about an inch smaller in the waist then all the rest. Consistent sizing is important when buying from one company on-line without trying being able to try-on. Tried to return them for an exchange. PF denied the exchange. I even sent pictures of the inconsistent sizing. They said they measured 37. They said it was my fault because it was a different style number. I have purchased from this company for 6 years. I was wronged. Buyer beware. Poor poor customer service. They should have been eager to help a long time customer
I read someone had written if you leave a bad review on their website they take it down. He is right they took mine down. They basically took two hundred dollars from me for some pants that didn't come close to fitting. My wife could have got in there with me. I sent them back and they said they don't take returns once they are hemmed but this was no place to be seen on their website. The gal said sorry about that and said my pants got thrown out and there will be no refund. So I told my kids to buy elsewhere after they talked me into trying this site. They do not care about customer service AT ALL. They need a class action lawsuit for deceptive advertising.
My experience with this company is not mixed, but just plain awful and miserable. Paul Fredrick will package and ship my clothing orders in a plastic bag regardless of quantity. These bags are ripped, crushed, and with the clothes incurably creased when it is delivered to me. This is now the practice with this company. The customer service team continues to give the script that they cannot do anything about how clothing is packaged. Terrible company to buy clothes from, as you will receive damaged goods.
They double charged my account within 6 days twice $332.12. NOT A PENDING CHARGE BUT POSTED. I spoke with Lisa Brugger manager and Michelle in accounts payable and tried hard to explain but could not a double charge. Then on a shirt I ordered it was not in but paid for on the initial order, instead of refunding me they charged me again for that. Their financial system is bad or as a bank said, they know what they are doing. Double charging a customer and using those funds until later have to pay bank back. I filed a fraud complaint and blocked them. Do not purchase from them. Bad reiews on a lot of websites.
I bought 2 shirts from Paul Frederick there was to smalle I returned them and they charge me $30 New paid $15 for shipping and $15 for return they did not return my original amount of my money this company likes to keep money that's not bears if you return their merchandise They do not get full refunds of
that you paid for they give you partial refund, some to customer service is rude and will not help you,, there are ready to get of the phone with you
Their website will not allow you to checkout on android phones.
I've been a consistent shopper for many years with Paul Fredrick, however, lately the variation of suit fabrics have been defined to only two types; Essential and Sharkskin. The same suit with different colors. Every now and then a different wool piece, but basically all the same. Please return to better choices or I will look elsewhere.
I had ordered 5 pair of pants. Size 40 waist, & 29" inseam. The waist size, although labelled as 40", is actually 38". I called & was told to go to local tailor to have them fixed. I don't think there is enough material to increase the waist size by 2-3". They are all made in China, although they are sold as local made, The customer service lady was quite curt & rude.
I bought two shirts from PF and when I discovered that one of them was ripped in three places, I contacted the company and got absolutely nowhere. Now I have discovered the other shirt I bought from them is also ripped in about the same place. Is there any way to change my rating for PF to a NEGATIVE number?Mark Twain once said there are lies, damned lies, and statistics. With Paul Fredrick, you get all three. I was familiar with the brand name before I bought from them, about 5 years ago. Their ads suggest/imply that their shirts are of better quality than the average dress shirt and that their customers greatly appreciate the quality of their products. I have always wanted dress shirts with more than the usual neck room, but when I bought a shirt with an 18-inch neck, the rest of the shirt was rather big for me. So, I decided to buy two cotton pinpoint dress shirts from PF about 5 years ago. Yes, I know the warranty has expired, but I have about 30 dress shirts in my closet and many of them are a lot older than the two from PF. This morning I noticed there was a 4-inch rip in the upper left sleeve of one of my PF shirts. No idea how, where, or when it happened. About 10 minutes later, ANOTHER rip occurred in the same exact spot of the right sleeve. I also noticed there was a third rip down closer to the cuff on the right side, along the same pleat as the upper tear. I went online and had a chat with someone from the company who essentially told me there was NOTHING they could do because of the age of the shirt. I am an attorney, and have been wearing dress shirts for more than 30 years. I have shirts in my closet now which are older than the 2 PFs, and I have NEVER in my entire life had a shirt rip like this even once. Was it naïve of me to expect PF to care about me as a customer and try to make it right? In retrospect, I guess it was. Customer service apparently means NOTHING to PF and they absolutely refuse to stand up for the alleged "quality" of their product. What a crock. I will never buy anything from Paul Fredrick again.

Low grade product, over priced then an amazing 60% off. In the end they are not worth the 60% off price. Also, they do not accept returns on pants because they make to length.
